Guided Day Hikes with Appalachian Expeditions
Keep your running legs active in the days leading up to the race and take in the beautiful West Virginia scenery. Take this opportunity to step away and enjoy the mountains, streams, and forests that make this part of WV so spectacular. Join Appalachian Expeditions (APEX) for a guided day hike!

Your guides, Libbey and Alex, are experienced outdoor educators who started APEX in Davis, WV with the intention of sharing this remarkable place with others.
