We highly encourage our runners to stay in Blackwater Falls State Park for the Moonlight on the Falls Marathon at either one their beautiful Cabins or in the Campground. The surrounding area of Davis, Thomas, and Canaan Valley also have extensive lodging and we be updating this page in March with additional options.
Blackwater Falls State Park Cabins

These Cabins are the closest lodging to the Start and Finish area at Pendleton Point!

The Lodge is not within walking distance and the road in the park will be closed from 10 pm – 7 am to the public. We will be offering shuttle service continuously to and from your cabin and the lodge for runners and guests (schedule TBA)

Camping Blackwater Falls State Park
The Campground is within walking distance of the Start and Finish Area.
Camping is on a different reservation system than the Cabins therefore are on a First Come – First Serve basis to the general public and will sell out FAST! We highly recommend reserving a campsite ASAP.
